PTC热敏电阻(贴片式）
热敏电阻器（Thermistor）是一种电阻值对温度极为灵敏的半导体元件，又可分为负温度系数(NTC)热敏电阻和正温度系数（PTC）
PTC热敏电阻用于温度的测量与控制，还可用作加热元件，同时起到“开关”的作用，兼有灵敏元件，加热器和开关三种功能，称为“热敏开关”
CPTC贴片热敏电阻特征：
1、瓷体表面采用玻璃包封，耐潮湿性能好，可靠性与稳定性高；
2、体积小，无引线，焊接性能优良，适合高密度表面贴装；
3、可减少IC端口数，促进设备小型化；
4、利用电气阻抗急速变化特性，具有良好的抗噪性。
CPTC贴片热敏电阻应用：
1、过热传感：开关电源、混合电路中功率晶体管、功率LED和功率IC的过热传感；
2、液晶电视机、数码相机、音响等视听设备的过热传感；
3、电脑、打印机、扫描仪、复印机等信息设备的过热传感；

5、汽车仪表、驱动引擎控制ECU、ABS系统等汽车电子设备的过热传感；
